Loading reports

that describe and register the distribution, stowage and protection of the equipment.

Installation plans

necessary preliminary details for the installation (space, floor and the machine requirements).

Dismantling reports

indicating in detail the parts and components, electrical disconnection of the modules and their movement to the loading point.

Machinery installation

Done by professionals and based on preliminary analysis of dismantling and of the established requirements, assuring the best disposition of the equipment for its correct start-up. Verification of foundations, anchoring, leveling and alignments. Integration of supplies. Adaptation and modifications based on need.

Retrofits

We maximize the value of your machine, improve its performance, reduce overall costs and increase its productivity by modernizing your corrugated board equipment.

The technical department based their work on accumulated experience of their technicians in all areas such as design, construction and production. Oversys values the modernization of the existing capital in order to decrease cost, increase productivity and extend the life of the equipment utilizing the lastest technology available. Acorsys develops those projects in 3 parts:

Inspection and Evaluation

A specialist would visit your factory in order to make a detailed inspection of your equipment which productivity needs to be increased.

As a result of such first visit, Acorsys prepares a report of the machine general condition together with maintenance recomendations and parts where technological improvements can be introduced.

Proposal of modernization

Includes detailed description of recommended retrofits with a corresponding economical proposal together with a report of productivity upgrades and quality of final products that could be obtained.

Execution

Starting from Engineering Service contract, Acorsys takes forward the project, following a detailed action plan that is previously agreed by both parts.

Retrofit projects done by Acorsys

Retrofit of S&S 701 Flexo Folder Gluer

Complete reconditioning of the line with cleaning, repainting and new power and control system. All of it made possible to transform an obsolete machine into an efficient and reliable one.

Pull roller system of printing units substituted by vacuum transfer system.
Integration of automatic positioning of slotting tools, folding rails and glue unit.
Automatic register control of printing units, slotter and die cutter.
New ink system and automatic wash-up of printing units.

Retrofit of EMBA 160 Flexo Folder Gluer

Complete upgrading of the line, including: cleaning, repainting, mechanical overhaul and new power and control system. By the end of the whole process, the machine will gain in terms of production speed and reliability.

Complete revision of vacuum plate feeding system.
Upgrading of the inking and wash-up system of the print unit.
Reingraving of the anilox rolls.
New central control panel for the set up and adjustment of printing, slotting and die cutting units as well as the folding rails of the folding section.

Massenzana SL. Retrofit of introduction table

After Acorsys completing the retrofit and renewing the feeding system with new technology, a great improvement is achieved in reliability, precision and speed of the machine.

Complete renovation of the introduction table with a new drawer with 4 rows of wheels, introduction grill and vacuum assist.
Wheel drive and introduction grid by servomotors synchronized with the kinematics of the machine.
Suction fan with silencer to ensure the correct insertion of the cardboard sheets.
Section gates depending on the width of the cardboard sheet.
Renewal of the back stop and reinforcement of the front stop.
New control cabinet for the servomotors, synchronisms and fan.

Vacuum Transfer System for printing units

Vacuum transfer in printers by means of a wheel drawer and impressor roll activated by kinematics or independent servomotor and transmission to the wheels, with thickness adjustment and suction centrifugal fan.
